I purchased my first bloodhound in 1992 from Legacy Kennels. Maya went on to become Ch. Saratoga of Legacy, ABC Dam of Merit. Maya was just the first of many beautiful bloodhounds that I have been blessed to have in my life.

I am a member of the American Bloodhound Club since 1992, and am also a member of the Onondaga Kennel Association and the Colonial Bloodhound Club.

I grew up at dog shows, handling my parent's collies and later boxers for the late professional handler Mathew Plummer. I continue to love all breeds of dogs but bloodhounds are always first.

I insist on good temperaments for my animals and have all my breeding dogs tested for hip and elbow dysplasia, all hearts are tested via echocardiogram and additionally all  are tested for degenerative myelopathy.

I only breed occasionally as it requires a great deal of time and energy to produce quality puppies. I am always available to answer any questions you have concerning our wonderful breed.
